Terms & Conditions

By using MyTrip either on web browser or through mobile app, you agree to the following:

Mytrip.pk services are owned and operated by My Travel Guide Pvt. Ltd. These Terms of Service are a binding legal agreement between all our customers/visitors and MyTrip.pk regarding your use of the services that have been made available.

Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the Site or other Service, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, tools or products, is hereby expressly prohibited.

2. Booking Conditions

A booking will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation. This booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions.

When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.

When making your booking for your package holiday we will arrange for you to enter into a contract with the principal(s) or other supplier(s) (e.g. tour operator/airline/car-hire Company /Accommodation Company) named on your confirmation(s) for whom we act as agent. As agent we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the principal(s) or supplier(s) or for the services provided by them other than as set out in these Booking Conditions. The principal’s(s’) or supplier’s(s’) Terms & Conditions will apply to your booking and we advise you to read these carefully as they do contain important information about your booking. Please ask us for copies of these if you do not have them.

3. Payment

When you make your booking you must pay 100% of the hotel booking cost in advance and will reflect the terms and conditions of the supplier/s with whom we book. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid usually 72 hours before your departure date. In some instances, it may be necessary for us to collect the balance over and above this time scale if requested by certain suppliers and we will inform you if this is the case. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel/booking arrangements. If the balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposit.

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

4. Change of Booking

Confirmed booking dates may, however, be changed upon the request of a guest, subject to the following conditions:

A) During Winter, Spring and Autumn Seasons and Ramzan (off season), the change must be requested from Mytrip.pk through email at least 72 hours in advance of 12 noon on the original check-in date.

B) During the peak Summer Season, the change must be requested from Mytrip.pk through email at least 7 days in advance of 12 noon on the original check-in date.

C) No request for change of bookings will be entertained by Mytrip.pk if the minimum notice periods listed in clauses 4.a and 4.b above are not provided.

D) Provided that sufficient advance notice is provided for changing the dates of a confirmed booking, Mytrip.pk shall accommodate such requests conditional upon the availability of the required rooms on the new dates. In case the required rooms are not available on the new dates requested, the guest will have the option of either:

Moving the booking to the next available dates;
Availing the original booking as previously confirmed.

5. Transfer of Booking

You can transfer your booking to another person, who satisfies all the conditions that apply to this booking, by giving us notice in writing at least 72 hours before departure. Both you and the new traveler are responsible for paying all costs we incur in making the transfer.

6. Cancellation/Refund of Booking

We reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will not cancel less than 72 hours before your departure date, except for unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, or failure by you to pay the final amount, or because the minimum number required for the package to go ahead hasn’t been reached. Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances means a situation beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.

After the payment transfer and booking confirmation, bookings cannot be cancelled for any reason or under any circumstances whatsoever.

You can cancel your booking ONLY if the performance of your package, or the carriage of passengers to your destination, is significantly affected by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances like road block due to land slide or flight cancel only. In such circumstances, we will arrange for your booking to be transferred to an alternative property, destination or date(s). No refund will be offered in any way.

7. Responsibility and Complaints

MyTrip is only an information portal and online hotel and car booking platform and is not responsible for any natural incidents, third party delays/accidents. For any queries, customer has to raise a complaint and contact Mytrip customer service officer.

If you have a complaint while away about any of the services included in your holiday, you must inform the relevant party (hotel management/Mytrip team) without undue delay who will endeavor to put things right. Contact numbers shall be found on the confirmation documentation.

If it is not resolved, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department at service@mytrip.pk giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. If you fail to follow the requirement to report your complaint in resort we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify it and this may affect your rights under this booking.

ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE: If you’re in difficulty whilst on holiday and ask us to help we will provide appropriate assistance, in particular by providing information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance; and helping you to find alternative arrangements and any necessary phone calls/emails. You must pay any costs we incur, if the difficulty is your fault

EXCURSIONS: Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for whilst you are on holiday are not part of your package holiday provided by us. For any excursion or other tour that you book, your contract will be with the operator of the excursion or tour and not with us. We are not responsible for the provision of the excursion or tour or for anything that happens during the course of its provision by the operator.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

This booking is governed by the Laws of Pakistan, and the jurisdiction of the Pakistan Courts.

9. Mode of payment

Currently, MyTrip.pk supports 5 types of payment method listed before:

a) Easypaisa Mobile account

b) Easypaisa Shop

c) Jazz Cash Mobile account

d) Jazz Cash Shop

e) Credit/Debit card

If you pay with a credit/debit card, MyTrip.pk can request you to provide a photo ID. That is a requirement from State Bank of Pakistan.

10. Privacy Policy

Personally Identifiable Information

Your use of the Site or applications and any information provided by you or gathered by MyTrip or third parties during any visit to or use of the Site or applications is governed by the MyTrip Privacy Policy which is incorporated by this reference. You agree to MyTrip’s collection, use and sharing of your information as set forth in the MyTrip Privacy Policy. It is the responsibility of MyTrip to ensure that information of each customer is kept private and confidential.

Permitted Use:

Our Site and applications are for your personal and non-commercial use. Every information is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by MyTrip, you agree that you will not use the Site or applications, or duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute or use any material in the Site or applications for any purpose, except for your personal, non-commercial use. Use of the Site or applications or any materials or content on the Site or applications for any commercial or other unauthorized purpose is prohibited.
